​Precautions when starting the hydraulic press

1. Check whether the open fuel tank is clean before refueling when the new machine is in use, and whether the oil drain hole of the manufacturer's fuel tank is installed with a sealing ring and closed properly.

2. Inject No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil into the middle position of the oil tank level gauge. If the tonnage of the oil tank is large, if there is an auxiliary oil tank such as a liquid filling tank, it is necessary to refill the hydraulic oil when it is empty.

3. The electrical box is correctly connected to the required working power supply. Before starting the motor, check whether all oil ports are installed with sealing rings and whether the torque is in place.

4. Start the motor to see if the steering is clockwise.

5. If the motor is used or the motor is turned off for a long time, start the motor and run the oil pump for a while without load.

6. Do not air-press the mold after the motor starts normally, and adjust the pressure of the pressure valve from small to the required work.
